What CS Insights records

CS Insights records page visits, page titles, referral and campaign information, device category, browser language, active reading time, scroll depth, link clicks, and selected form-submission events. It does not record form contents, use advertising identifiers or use browser fingerprinting.

A random browser identifier is stored in a first-party cookie and local storage for up to 390 days after the most recent visit. Session and campaign details are also held in browser storage. These identifiers belong only to leadership-intelligence.au and are not deliberately linked to the separate identifiers used on thecontributionshift.online.

Where the information goes

Events are sent securely to the CS Insights collector at thecontributionshift.online and stored in the private Contribution Shift analytics database. The server processes IP information for operation and security and may store a raw address, a keyed hash, approximate country information and an IP or network profile. When country information is unavailable from the hosting service, the configured process may send the IP address securely to ipapi.co solely to obtain a country code.

The information is used to understand site navigation and content use. It is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Retention

Analytics sessions and events are configured for a 90-day administrative cleanup. That cleanup is not automatic, so information remains until the administrator runs the maintenance process. IP and network-profile records may remain longer under the current system. An opt-out stops future collection in this browser but does not delete information already received.
